Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you pay

Every account includes a 90-day free trial with no payment details required. The trial is tied to your account rather than to a device, so reinstalling the app or using a second computer does not start it again. We would rather you finished the trial than paid for something you had not used.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription, or by emailing support@cyberrakshak.ai.

• Cancellation stops the next renewal. It takes effect immediately.
• You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No further payment is taken once you have cancelled.

3. When we refund

We refund in full in these cases:

• Within 7 days of a first purchase, provided the paid features have not been used. Write to us and we will refund the whole amount.
• You were charged twice for the same period. The duplicate is refunded in full, whether or not you tell us — we reconcile payments and return anything charged in error.
• You were charged after cancelling. Refunded in full.
• The service was unusable and we could not fix it. Refunded in full for the affected period.

4. When we do not refund

• Part-used periods. If you cancel in the middle of a month, you keep access to the end of it and we do not refund the remainder.
• Accounts closed or suspended for breaching the Terms of Service.

Deleting your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the current period — but it does cancel the subscription, so nothing further is charged.

5. How to ask

Email support@cyberrakshak.ai from the address on the account, and tell us the payment reference. You do not need to give a reason.

• We reply within 3 working days.
• Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days.
• The money returns to the original payment method. How long your bank or card issuer takes after that is outside our control — typically 5 to 10 working days.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials — those go directly to Razorpay, who are PCI-DSS compliant. We keep only a payment reference so we can match a payment to your account and refund it if needed.
